Yin & Restorative Touch Yoga Training

Deepen your teaching. Learn to hold space, not just sequence.

Southern Oregon OM is offering a focused, in-studio Yin & Restorative Touch Yoga Training this October — six sessions over two weeks, built around the core pillars of restorative teaching: the distinction between yin and restorative yoga, trauma-informed teaching, holding space, the art of silence, skillful use of props, and hands-on adjustments.

Investment

$333 for the full six-session training.

Registration deadline

Register by September 25, 2026. Space is limited.

Who it's for

No prerequisites, and you don't have to be a teacher to join — this training is just as much for deepening your own practice as it is for building your teaching. All experience levels welcome. If you're not sure it's the right fit, reach out and we're happy to talk it through.

Continuing Education

Certified yoga teachers can count this training toward Continuing Education with Yoga Alliance — 30 CE hours are required every three years.

What You’ll Learn

Each week builds on the last. Thursday evenings stay close to our existing Restore class format, giving you a live lab to observe and debrief. Saturdays go deeper into a body-section focus — Lower Body, then Core & Spine, then Upper Body & Full Integration — layering trauma-informed teaching, hands-on adjustment practice, and the use of silence and props on top of the core pillars.
